Sabine begins with the ballet training when she is six years old, starting at the Ballet School Lambert on to the Ballettberufsschule SBBS in Zurich, where she received a scholarship from the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation, to further training at the Ballet School of the Opera House Zurich, Sabine learns the English and the Russian training system.

Beside her lessons she dances in smaller roles in several productions. After an intense training year at the Zürcher Tanztheaterschule ZTTS she now teaches various categories of age at various schools.
