Aristide Rontini August 2023

Aristide Rontini is freelance dancer, choreographer and community dance practitioner. With the support of the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation from 2007 to 2010 he graduates from Codarts Akademie in Rotterdam as a professional dancer. He works as a performer with many different choreographers and theatre directors. He developpes his own artistic project, presenting It moves me,https://www.networkdanzaxl.org/content/680/it-moves-me-.html Giovane Notturno, Talitha Kumi, Alexis, Alexis 2.0, Lampyris Noctiluca, Loj. His research questions the dimension of identity, the relationship between individual and society and the relationship between nature and human beings. He is Danzeducatore®. He is engaged in educational dance and community dance projects. During the years he is involved in different international projects aimed to empower artists with disability. In 2020, together with other Italian artists with disability, he founds Al. Di. Qua. Artists, a newly formed group leading the way in advocating for the autonomy and rights of disabled artists in Italy.
