October 2026 - SOPHIE MOSSA – AN EXCITING NEW CHAPTER AT BALLETMET!

We are delighted to share wonderful news about our former scholarship recipient, Sophie Mossa, whose artistic journey continues to flourish on the international stage.
After three enriching years with Tulsa Ballet, Sophie has embarked on an exciting new chapter as a professional company dancer with BalletMet in Columbus, Ohio, under the artistic direction of Remi Wörtmeyer.
One of the first highlights of her 2026/27 season was her performance in Love Letter, a beautiful contemporary creation by choreographer Yuiko Masukawa, presented as part of BalletMet's Future Icons programme in September 2026. Exploring human connection, gratitude and the expressive power of dance, this work marks another meaningful step in Sophie's artistic development.
Having supported Sophie during her training at the European School of Ballet in Amsterdam, the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation is especially proud to see how her dedication, passion and perseverance continue to open new doors.
Watching young talents grow into accomplished professional artists is one of the greatest rewards of our Foundation's work.
