Sophie is currently dancing with the Tulsa Ballet (USA/OR). Mid May she ends her first season and comes back to her family in France for a short break. In a week the season 2024-2025 by Tulsa Ballet starts already. During this challenging but very fulfilling year the repertoire is varied and enriching. Sophie performs in "a Triple Bill" (a contemporary choreography by Yury Yanowsky), in « Don Quixote », « The Nutcracker », « Strictly Gershwin » by Derek Deane, « Romeo and Juliet », in a neoclassical piece by Kenneth Tindall as well as in an educational production called « Jack and the Beanstalk » by Ma Cong. Next year is also looking very exciting: there will be, for example, the world premiere of a new production of « Alice in Wonderland » by Kenneth Tindall. Dancing wise, there are still many things Sophie wants to improve in order to develop into the best dancer she can be, but she’ll keep working hard and she knows Tulsa Ballet is a great place to grow for dancers. We wish her lots of more success.
