The talented Frenchman Morgan studies ballet 1993-1995 with the support of the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation at the prestigious Academie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace, and at the famous school Rudra Béjart Lausanne (Switzerland).
Morgan is a promising international choreographer among others at the Rotterdam Dance Academy in 2000, where he choreographed the impressive dance-theater piece Marche Maréquage for the academy, at the international dance competition in Hannover, where he won the second prize, and at the ballet Hanover.
2001 is the world premiere of the highly acclaimed dance piece The Mystery of Numbers, which is created equally by the choreographers Marco Santi and Morgan Belenguer, in the new production center in Stuttgart Dance and Performance.

2004 Morgan worked successfully in Istanbul (Turkey).
In July 2008 Melanie Lane and Morgan Belenguer celebrate the premiere with her play Held at the Dock 11 in Berlin. A resume is held in April 2009.
In 2010, the premiere, more performances and a resumption of his installation Parsème at the DOC 11, which in 2011 together with the production of Melanie Lane: Listed Tilted Fawn, where Morgan worked as a stage designer, takes place. For the production Marcela Giesche: Vertigo Project, he works as artistic associate.
In 2012 Morgan celebrates his premieres at the Theatre Dock 11 with the installation Parsème in January and with the composition Esprit Libre in July in Berlin.
