Giovanni was born in Venice. He studies at the Conservatory in Venice by Paolo Rossi and completes 2007 with top marks and honours.
He wins many competitions and receives the S-Materassi- as well as the Claudio Abbado scholarship. In 2007 he is the only Italian violinist accepted by the Violin Academy of Stauffer Foundation, Cremona.
2009 Giovanni studies at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano, 2011 acquires his Master of Arts in Music Performance and continues his education with the aim to obtain the degree of a Master of Arts in Specialized Music Performance in the class of Maestro Massimo Quarta.
2011-12 Giovanni receives a scholarship from the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation.
2012-2013 he works as a violinist at the Orchestra da Camera Italiana, director Salvatore Accardo.
2014 Giovanni plays at the second issue of the season Masters and Students in Concert in the Hall of the Swiss Italian Conservatory Lugano. An exceptional event in which some students of the university play on the same stage with internationally renowned musicians as well as with the faculty of the Conservatory.
